Firmware Update for the Icom IC-9100 and ID-31E Amateur Radio Transceivers

There are new firmware updates for the IC-9100 all-in-one HF/VHF/UHF transceiver and the ID-31E UHF D-STAR Digital Transceiver on the English homepage of the Icom Inc. website.

IC-9100 Firmware Update Release E1
The firmware updates provide the following improvements:

• Fixed a problem that the sub-band IF filter may be switched to unexpected one when changing the operating mode.
• Improved TX and RX switching in the DV mode.

ID-31E Firmware Update Release E1(CPU 1.02, DSP 1.03)
The firmware updates provide the following improvements:

• TX Audio quality on the DV mode.
• Improved readability on receiving weak RF signal in DV mode.
